Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and young adults in a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative environment. Every person is unique, and treatment is tailored to meet each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals.

For children and adolescents, therapy is most effective when parents are involved to a degree. Parent collaboration is incorporated throughout the therapeutic process to provide support, discuss progress, and develop strategies that can be used at home. The frequency and level of parent involvement is based on the client's age, developmental needs, and treatment goals while also respecting the therapeutic relationship.

When clinically appropriate and with the necessary consent, I also collaborate with other important individuals involved in a client's care, such as pediatricians, primary care providers, school personnel, psychiatrists, or other professionals. This team approach helps ensure consistent support across settings and promotes the best possible outcomes.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where children, teens, and young adults feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop the skills they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
