Investing in Your Mental Health

Seeking therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is to make the process as transparent as possible so you know what to expect before your first appointment.

Session Fees

Costs are dependent on each insurance contract rate. If you are self-paying, the cost for an intake assessment and each individual session is $95.

Initial Intake Assessment (60 minutes)

A comprehensive evaluation to discuss your concerns, gather relevant history, and develop treatment goals.

Individual Therapy Session (45–60 minutes)

Therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs and treatment goals.

Insurance

I currently accept:

Optum

Coverage and benefits vary by plan. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and whether a referral or authorization is required.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits.

Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan.

Payment

I accept:

HSA/FSA Cards
Cash
Check

To use a card, I use either Ivy Pay or Square to process the payment after session is completed.

If you prefer to pay with cash or check, payment is due at time of session.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to the full session fee. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.

Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs before services are provided.
